Welcome everyone to the Fall 2009 Season!
If you don’t know what team you’re on, click around on the teams page.
And now for the 5 things.
- Monday, 9/14, please be at the gym (3 Clarkson St at 7th Ave) by 6:30pm. You will pick up your jerseys, shorts, and ID card. You can check the rosters to see who’s on your team and check the schedule to see who and when you’re playing.
- YOU MUST BRING A LOCK TO BE ADMITTED INTO THE GYM. NO EXCEPTIONS. You also must bring a good attitude.
- Post-play fun will be held at Henrietta Hudson’s (438 Hudson at Morton).
- Read the rules. Some rules have changed. For instance, if you LOOK at the ref wrong, you’ll be ejected (don’t believe me? read ‘em…)
- If you cannot make Monday, contact your captain. He/she will have your uniform and all the info you need!
Have a great season, everyone.
Game on, people!

Fall 2009 – Frequently Asked Questions
Last modified on 2010-01-11 16:25:03 GMT. 0 comments. Top.
We seem to get a lot of questions, especially before a season begins. Before you send off an email, take a glance at the FAQs here.
When does the Fall season start/end?
The season lasts 12 weeks, starting on Sept 14 and ending on December 7.
When do you play?
Monday nights starting at 7pm.
Where do you play?
Tony Dapolito Recreation Center (3 Clarkson Street & 7th Ave South)
How much is registration?
$100
How do I register and get on a team?
Registration information can be found here. Once you have completed your registration, you will receive an email confirmation. Teams will be announced at the opening night part, tentatively scheduled for Wednesday, Sept. 9.
Can I register a team? Can I be on the same team as my friend? Am I gonna get picked last?
No. We don’t actually accept team submissions. A big part of the league’s success is the randomness in which teams are chosen. It’s provides evenly competitive rosters and also a great social environment. You’ll thank us for it later.
Do I need prior experience? Are there tryouts?
No and no. Anyone can register, regardless of experience and dodgeball prowess. We do registration on a first-come, first-serve basis, however returning players from the previous season are allowed to pre-register.
Didn’t find the answer you were looking for?
Email with your question.

Standings Shakup

As you may or may not have noticed, the standings were recently adjusted to reflect the correct stats. It came to our attention last week that throughout the season, a couple of teams were forced to (incorrectly) forfeit matches. However, there is no rule stating there needs to be a minimum number of players.
In light of the rules and fairness, we adjusted all affected teams’ overall records accordingly. Thanks and sorry for the confusion.
